2 – Nicholls of Parkgate, Wirral
Is Nicolls of Parkgate the most famous ice-cream parlour on Merseyside? The queues around the block at every glimmer of sunshine would suggest so! Having served up the best ice-cream on the Wirral for more than 75 years, there’s no denying we love a double scoop of homemade bubblegum and mint choc chip in Neston! More info here.
3 – Heavenly Desserts, Liverpool ONE

Long, lazy days at the park go hand in hand with sunny days and one of our favourite ice-cream parlours has to be at The Reader at Calderstones Park.
