9 BOXPARK Liverpool events you won’t want to miss

BOXPARK is opening in the Baltic on Friday April 19, bringing its amazing award-winning mix of street food and live events to the city.
The Liverpool venue will be the first one outside London, with eight hand-picked food traders including new concepts from the teams behind Madre and Maray.

Launch weekender – April 19, 20 & 21
It’s the big opening weekend, kicking off with three back-to-back events. On Friday, it’s all about Liverpool student indie night Sh*tIndieDisco Presents getting the party started. On Saturday Girls Don’t Sync head a line-up of fantastic local music talent and on Sunday there’s a day of free family entertainment with In Demand Radio DJs playing chart hits and old school anthems.

Merseyside Derby Day – April 24
The atmosphere inside BOXPARK is going to be unbelievable for the Wednesday night derby clash. With plenty at stake for both teams, Reds and Blues can watch the match on the main screen, with music, games and entertainment before kick-off at 8pm.

Coke Zero Tastemakers: Comedy Supper Club with Joel Dommett – April 26
Comedian and host of The Masked Singer Joel Dommett is the headliner in the latest Comedy Supper Club series, with a great line-up of Joe Skipper, Lydnsey Santoro and host Kyrah Grey – plus food from Crazy Pedro’s and more, games and prizes. 6pm.

BOXPARK Bottomless Brunch with Atomic Kitten – May 11
Events don’t come any Scouser or a Whole (Again) load of fun than a Bottomless Brunch with the Kittens. Tickets cover you for a choice of street food dish, unlimited 90 mins of drinks including an exclusive Atomic Kitten cocktail plus a live performance.

Tyson Fury vs Oleksander Usyk – May 18
This is the one that boxing fans have all been waiting for as Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk do battle to crown the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis back in 1999. Watch all the build-up and the fight on the big screen. 8pm to 1am.

Premier League Final Day – May 19
If you’re a footy fan, it all comes down to today … who’ll take the title, and who’ll take the drop? The atmosphere’s going to be off the scale as all the nail-biting action from up and down the country plays out on the big screen. 2-6pm.

Taylor Swift Fan Park – June 14 & 15
Swiftmania is going to be descending like an avalanche on Liverpool as Taylor Swift takes over Anfield and Swifties will be everywhere celebrating her arrival. Head to the BOXPARK fan park before and after the shows for DJs, live entertainment, glitter stations, drinks specials and loads more. It’s free, and admission’s first come first served.

Euro 2024 – June/July
Once the Premier League title is decided it’ll be all eyes on the Euros where the home nations and especially England will be fancying their chances of a decent run. Watch the big games on the big screen including the Germany v Scotland opener on June 14.
