Two new local food vendors open in BOXPARK Liverpool

BOXPARK Liverpool has revealed that two new traders, Lids & Co and Falafel Xpress, have joined its ever-evolving food offering.
Joining existing street food vendors including Shake?, Yoki Social Table, Rogue Pizza Co. and Simply Salt N Pepper, the two new kitchens are now available to order from inside BOXPARK Liverpool.
After their success with BOXPARK at Aintree’s Randox Grand National Festival, Lids & Co, a Liverpool-born concept specialising in unique handmade pies, brings a modern twist to a British comfort food staple.
With bold flavour combinations and carefully crafted fillings, the menu features standout options including slow-cooked meats, rich gravies and indulgent sides, offering a hearty and satisfying addition to the venue’s line-up. Lids & Co will also be introducing BOXPARK’s first Sunday roast complete with their popular pies and all of the trimmings.

Also joining BOXPARK is Falafel Xpress, a vibrant street food concept serving fresh, fast and flavour-packed Middle Eastern-inspired dishes.
Built around quality ingredients and bold seasoning, the menu focuses on freshly made falafel, loaded wraps and nourishing bowls, providing a lighter, feel-good option that complements the wider offering.
Together, the two new traders further strengthen BOXPARK’s varied food offering, bringing together a mix of global flavours and crowd-pleasing favourites under one roof.
Renowned for its Eat, Drink, Play ethos, BOXPARK has become the go-to destination for exciting events, family friendly fun days, wellbeing workshops, live sports and major music events in the city centre.

Joel Lee, General Manager at BOXPARK Liverpool, said:
“At BOXPARK Liverpool, the goal is to bring in concepts that add something new for our guests. Lids & Co and Falafel Xpress do exactly that, giving us a great balance of comforting, indulgent dishes alongside fresh, vibrant options.
“BOXPARK is all about variety and quality, and these two new traders are a brilliant addition to what we already have here in Liverpool.”
