Hill Dickinson Stadium is set to welcome a new premium dining experience this summer, as Domingo’s Bar & Grill opens to the public on selected non-matchdays.
Located within Everton’s iconic waterfront home, the restaurant will be open on Saturday evenings and Sundays throughout June and July*, boasting stunning panoramic views across the River Mersey.
Guests can enjoy a Saturday evening grill house dinner, with Sundays dedicated to a traditional lunch featuring a classic roast and all the trimmings.

One of the stadium’s most elegant premium dining spaces, Domingo’s promises a refined experience, combining high-quality produce with a striking riverside setting to create a standout addition to Liverpool’s dining scene.
Paying homage to St Domingo’s FC – the original name of Everton Football Club when it was founded in 1878 – the restaurant sits within the West Stand and will be open to all, with no Everton or stadium membership required.
Diners can access the restaurant on foot or by vehicle via Regent Road at Gate E, with dedicated parking available on the stadium footprint.

Adam Bateman, Culinary Director at Hill Dickinson Stadium, said:
“Domingo’s Bar & Grill is all about delivering a premium dining experience that matches the ambition and quality of Hill Dickinson Stadium.
“We’ve created a menu that celebrates the very best of grill cooking – from high-quality steak cuts to carefully curated seasonal chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes – all designed to be enjoyed in a truly unique setting overlooking the River Mersey.
“This is more than just a restaurant opening – it’s an opportunity for people across the city to experience the stadium in a completely different way, and we’re excited to welcome guests through the doors this summer.”

Aaron Duckmanton, Chief Revenue Officer at Everton Football Club, added:
“Opening Domingo’s Bar & Grill to the public is an important step in showcasing Hill Dickinson Stadium as a year-round destination.
“A key part of our vision for the stadium is how it can be used beyond matchdays – creating opportunities for people to experience it in different ways, whether that’s through food, events, sport, music or other activities. Domingo’s is a great example of that in action, opening up one of our premium restaurant spaces for the people of the city and beyond to enjoy.

“Liverpool has a fantastic food scene, and we believe Domingo’s will offer something genuinely distinctive – combining exceptional food with an iconic waterfront setting and a unique environment.”
