Liverpool mum hopes to make history at Miss Universe Great Britain 2026
1 hour ago
Megan Vincetta-Clarke, a Liverpool-based entrepreneur, wellness advocate, and mother, is preparing to take to the national stage this July.
As a finalist for Miss Universe Great Britain 2026, Megan is aiming to make history by becoming the first mother ever to represent Great Britain at the international Miss Universe competition.
A proud Scouser, Megan’s path to the pageant stage is defined by resilience and determination. Having grown up on a council estate and overcome significant childhood adversity, she has built a life and career that embody the empowering values she plans to champion on stage.
Megan’s entrepreneurial drive showed up early. At just nine years old, she was already running her first micro-business, selling snacks to football fans on Liverpool match days. This early hustle laid the groundwork for a successful career, where she became the youngest Area Manager for a luxury retail brand before being headhunted to manage multi-million-pound operations.
After welcoming her son, Roman, Megan successfully blended motherhood with business. She launched a global online community that now connects millions of English language learners each month through authentic storytelling and humour. Alongside her digital ventures, she founded Namaste & Slay, a wellness brand designed to empower women through movement and mindset.
The brand is well-known for its Wellness Social Disco, an event combining high-energy fitness with personal development. In a full-circle moment, Megan recently led these disco pilates and meditation sessions for thousands of people in the very arena where she once sat as a young girl watching Beyoncé perform.

Deeply committed to lifting up the next generation, Megan also works as a mentor for The Girls’ Network, helping young girls realise that their backgrounds do not dictate their future.
Reflecting on her Miss Universe Great Britain journey, Megan shared:
“I want to prove to women, and mothers especially, that life doesn’t slow down when you have children. You can still dream bigger, reinvent yourself, and achieve incredible things. Being a mum is my greatest joy, and I want to represent the modern British woman in all her strength and ambition.”
As the final approaches this July, Megan hopes to inspire women from all backgrounds to celebrate their individuality and chase their goals fearlessly.
