Asian Christmas Menu launches at Tiger Rock Hawker

Tiger Rock Hawker is set to join the festivities with the launch of a seasonal menu just in time for Christmas.

The East Asian inspired eatery, with locations in the heart of Liverpool’s business district and the popular Smithdown Road area, has unveiled a three-course set menu inclusive of a glass of bubbly available from December 1.

The menu offers an oriental take on Christmas dining with a range of traditional Asian starters, mains and a sumptuous dessert to be enjoyed with family and friends as seasonal merriments commence across the city.

Owner Vikki Teh said: “Tiger Rock Hawker’s Christmas Menu combines a delicious medley of flavours from the Far East for those who want to enjoy something a bit different amid December’s celebrations. Dishes have been carefully curated by our expert team of chefs and combines a whole host of complimentary flavours that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, whether guests wish to join us for a special lunch, an after-work party or a meal for two on the weekend.

“Along with a complimentary glass of prosecco with the Christmas Menu, Tiger Rock Hawker offers a full range of drinks and cocktails with our signature Bellinis always going down a treat, with show stopping flavours including Gin Rose, Lychee and Amaretto Sour. Festive frivolities certainly don’t have to stop at the dinner table, with our City Centre venue doubling as a spacious and contemporary bar space so that guests can celebrate well into the evening.”

Tiger Rock Hawker’s Christmas Menu boasts delectable dishes including Thai Sirloin Steak Salad, Chilli & Garlic King Prawn Tempura and Grilled Vegetables with Coconut Peanut Sauce Dressing to start, followed by a selection of mains such as Steamed Hake Fillet with Ginger, Chilli & Vegetables, Thai Style BBQ Whole Chicken Marinated with Fresh Turmeric & Lemongrass served with Mango Salad and Vegetable Massaman Curry just to name a few. To finish off, guests can tuck into Banana Fritters with Cheshire Farms Coconut Ice Cream & Caramel Sauce.

Vikki added: “We’ve already had a huge amount of interest in our Yuletide offering and are already taking bookings for December 1 right up until Christmas Eve. At this time of year, celebrations are often centred around food and drink with friends and family and we hope to bring a taste of something different and utterly delicious to your Christmas party.”

Tiger Rock Hawker’s three-course set Christmas menu will be served at both restaurant locations and is priced at £25 per person with a glass of prosecco.
