The Reader’s Open Air Cinema nights are officially underway! 🍿

Kicking off last week with a screening of ‘10 Things I Hate About You’, there are only a few more dates available to watch a movie at the mansion this summer!

Set in the gorgeous garden of the Mansion House at Calderstones Park, The Reader’s outdoor cinema nights are a brilliant addition to the city’s summer events calendar.

The night starts with live music, continues with great food and drinks, and ends with a classic film under the stars, making it so much more than your average movie night!

From the timeless tragedy of Romeo & Juliet to the feel-good fun of Mamma Mia!, there’s something for everyone at The Reader this August, but be quick as tickets are selling fast!

We’ve teamed up with Liverpool ONE once again for the Sports Grants Competition! ⚽️🥊🤸‍♀️

The competition offers six sports clubs or teams across the region a £500 grant each to help with essentials like kit, equipment, travel to games or signage.

Entries are welcomed from teams and clubs based in Liverpool, Cheshire, Halton, Knowsley, Sefton, St Helens, Warrington, West Lancashire or Wirral, and applications close on Friday 29 August.
