Where do you start with the Smoke & Dough BBQ platter? 😍
Your Smoke & Dough culinary journey begins with a first course of garlic brioche and focaccia with plenty of dips.
And, once you’re ready for the next course, your waiter brings the BBQ to you, with a selection of mouth-watering meats and skewers ready to grill at your table on your own lava coal pit. And don’t worry if you fancy more, because all you need to do is ask and they’ll bring you more top cuts of meat at no extra charge.
There’s a fixed bottomless feast – a steal at £16 Monday to Friday – but if you want to create your own fabulous feast, then it’s the a la carte menu you want to go for.
The delicious choices include Brisket of Beef marinated in a special rub and slowed cooked in a smoker overnight, Smoked Baby Pork Ribs in a tangy homemade sauce, or Vegan Cheese grilled to golden crust and served with a bed of beet and a pomegranate reduction, all served with chips and salad … and there’s a shedload of sides from fried halloumi, to corn on the cob and the creamiest mashed potato.
Not forgetting that if you’d prefer a pizza you can choose from a variety of meat or veggie toppings!
If you’ve got any room left, you can indulge in a delicious dessert too - we reckon maybe the rich Chocolate Fondant or, for a lighter option, the Blackcurrant Mousse? - or why not raise a glass to any fabulous fashion finds with a glass of wine or a gorgeous gin, or one of Smoke & Dough’s cracking cocktails – perhaps the Smoke & Dough Bramble with gin, raspberry jam and homemade sweet and sour over crushed ice, or the Smokey Dough Cocktail, a blend of bourbon and Southern Comfort with lime and sugar, served with a smoke.
