The delicious choices include Brisket of Beef marinated in a special rub and slowed cooked in a smoker overnight, Smoked Baby Pork Ribs in a tangy homemade sauce, or Vegan Cheese grilled to golden crust and served with a bed of beet and a pomegranate reduction, all served with chips and salad … and there’s a shedload of sides from fried halloumi, to corn on the cob and the creamiest mashed potato.
