As Easter approaches, Liverpool’s culinary scene is gearing up to showcase an array of seasonal treats that are sure to tantalise you taste buds and bring in the spirit of spring.

Baltic Market
‘The Baltic’ has got tasty lamb dishes from Polpetta, La Bistroteca and Little Furnace as well as Easter drinks from Press Bros and drink offers on Friday to kick off the weekend!
The Cadbury Mini Egg Martini from Press Bro’s will be available all week.
Herb crusted lamb leg, rosemary salt crisps, braised hispi cabbage, red wine jus and salsa verde mayo sub from Polpetta is available Sat-Mon.
Lamb Roast Dinner – Roast lamb, confit garlic and thyme roast potatoes, carrot puree, smoked garlic glazed carrot, spring cabbage, salsa verde and jus from La Bistroteca (available Sunday only).
“The sailor” pizza – Anchovies in marinara sauce (tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil) lemon olive oil and grana padano from Little Furnace is available all week.
There’s Creme Egg cookie dough from Midnight Delivery.

Schloss has some cracking Easter specials on.
The Lobster + Spatz special will be available all weekend – North Atlantic lobster, Swabian pasta, cheesy crème fraîche sauce, crunchy breadcrumbs + herbs.
The Bier Braised Lamb Shank will be available for one day only, on Easter Sunday, perfectly served with all the trimmings. For those looking for a sweeter treat, there will be Easter bakes made fresh in-haus all week long, including hot cross buns.

BAM BOO on Bold Street are pulling out all the stops with their Giant Creme Egg French Toast.
Thick brioche French toast topped with an Easter off filled with orange and vanilla creme mascarpone, with an orange infused dulce de lethe filling. It doesn’t stop there though… it’s then topped with crushed mini eggs, honeycomb, fruit, and a shot of strawberry chocolate.

Creams is set to sweeten the Easter season with its new menu items.
Fans of the famous high-street dessert chain can expect three new delicious menu items in March to dive straight into the Easter spirit.
The themed desserts include the new Smashed Easter Egg Sundae which is made with layers of chocolate fudge brownie gelato, vanilla soft serve and smothered in milk chocolate sauce before being topped with milk chocolate egg shards, half a creme egg, mini eggs, and sprinkles.
