Inside Liverpool’s glamorous new party space The Gold Venue

The Gold Venue has officially opened in Wavertree following a major transformation of the former Chillies bar, creating a stylish new destination for everything from weddings and birthday parties to baby showers and milestone celebrations.

Designed to bring serious wow factor, The Gold Venue features illuminated dance floors, mirrored ceilings, giant screens, LED lighting and Instagram worthy floral walls, all aimed at making celebrations feel extra special.

The new space has taken more than two years to complete and includes two event rooms with a third planned for the future meaning it can cater for everything from smaller gatherings to parties of more than 200 guests.

Behind the venue is owner Engin Yilmaz, who also runs The Loft Woolton, and says the aim was to create somewhere that feels luxurious while still being accessible.

Guests can choose from a range of packages covering food, décor and entertainment, while a private bar, buffet area and high-spec sound system mean the party can keep going long into the night.

As well as celebrations, The Gold Venue will also host business events, networking sessions and family memorial gatherings, offering a flexible new space in the heart of Wavertree.
