There’s no-one quite like your mum for a shoulder to cry on, or someone to share in the happy times – and, after the challenging year we’ve all had, there’s never been a better time to tell her how much you care.
Lingering lockdown restrictions mean you might not be able to see your mum – or the person who’s like a mum to you – in person this Mother’s Day, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make her feel special.

Your mum will know you love her with this! The lovely people at the Berry Street bar have brought back one of their favourite all-time drinks, the Med, to include in their Mother’s Day Gift Boxes, out now.

She’s only gone and done it again. Laura’s Little Bakery has come up with a sweet collection of ways to tell your mum you love her from the most gorgeous and glittery cupcakes to heart-shaped brownies and scrumptious cakesicles.
There’s no mum who just wouldn’t love the Mother’s Day Treat Box. Containing cupcakes, decorative biscuits, a brownie heart and a cakesicle, it’s a box of pure deliciousness for £30. And, if you want to add an extra ‘kiss’ to your gift, you can add a miniature bottle of gin from local company Mother’s Gin.
For £21, you could send a beautiful box of four cupcakes with a brownie and a gold charm from The Cookie Stamp Company. Who’s not going to adore that?
Malmaison Hotel – Mama told me not to come
…well, until after lockdown so, for now, treat her to a gift voucher from the waterfront hotel instead.

Creative as always, Paul Askew and his team have come up with the most fabulous Mother’s Day gifts – whether she’s partial to an evening tipple, looking for a beautiful recipe book to add to her library, or she’d love a limited-edition piece of ‘Porky’ memorabilia – they’ve got it covered.
