Over 20,000 people will head for a huge celebration of Africa music and culture in Sefton Park this Saturday and Sunday as the beloved Africa Oyé makes it return.

Gates open each day at 12pm with music on each day until 9.30pm and some of the biggest acts from African music performing in Liverpool.

The Qube Liverpool International  Tennis Tournament is back this weekend – and there’s a former GB number one in the line-up this year. 😍🎾

With Wimbledon just a few weeks away, Davis Cup winner, Olympian and huge fan favourite Dan Evans has been confirmed to play on the centre court all three days

The tournament is Europe’s largest and longest-running tennis exhibition and it’s got an incredible track record of bringing famous names and up-and-coming future stars to the city.

WHEN: This year’s tournament is over three days, from Thursday June 18 to Saturday June 20

WHERE: The historic Liverpool Cricket and Sports Club in Aigburth which, with its Grade II-listed pavilion.  Located on the corner of Aigburth Road and Riversdale Road

WHO’S PLAYING: Team GB’s Dan Evans is a major attraction,Dan is joining another favourite Marcus Willis, who’s just competed in doubles at the French Open, and one of Britain’s brightest young prospects, Annabel Wong, who’s already represented Great Britain and is set to compete at Junior Wimbledon this year.

TCKET INFO: Ground pass tickets start at £22, standard tickets are £30 + booking fee, with concessions available for over 60s, under 18s, and students. Small children go free. Book now on the website, follow
