The Sovini Group receive prestigious Investors in People Award

The Sovini Group, a leading property management firm, were honoured with the prestigious ‘Best Purpose-Driven People Community Award’ at the Investors in People Awards 2024.

This accolade was presented to the Group for their pioneering ‘Discover Our Purpose’ campaign. The campaign was designed to boost employee engagement, fostering a sense of belonging, and connection to the company purpose; it also provided a clear understanding of how each person and role contributes towards it.
