Molecular Madness at Midnight anyone? The Alchemist, known for it’s dry ice cocktails and mysterious smoke effects, is playing on these themes with a drama filled NYE event. There will be a set menu which includes the likes of their famous Katsu Chicken, a Rib Eye Steak and a Beetroot Risotto for the veggies. Malmaison are inviting you to start 2018 as you finish 2017 – dancing like a no one is watching, surrounded by cocktails and bubbles. There’s a black tie ball and sensational local menu at Chez Mal this New Year’s Eve that includes Scallops, Scottish Venison and Champagne truffles.
