We’re really loving these extra-long weekends and this one will be the THIRD in May so if you’re lucky enough to get another four-day work week, make the most of it.
Liverpool is gearing up for its eagerly anticipated third May Bank Holiday, and with the sun shining it’s set to be a belter!
Get ready to join in the festivities and embrace the vibrant atmosphere as the city comes alive once again for another boss weekend!

Comedy Weekender at Salt and Tar in Bootle
Fancy a whole weekend of laughs? Then head to the first ever Salt and Tar Comedy Weekender in Bootle and you’ll find Liverpool comedian Chris McCausland headlining. It’s on from Friday to Sunday with a big line-up including Patrick Monahan and Nina Gilligan, Jason Byrne, Jo Caulfield and Scott Bennett.

Reminisce in Concert at M&S Bank Arena
Reminisce is a penned-in date in the diary for festivalgoers, and now it’s coming to the Arena taking clubbers on a nostalgic journey through all their favourite anthems, eras and clubs with DJs, live PAs from artists including Rozalla, Kelly Llorenna and Love Inc., some incredible production and big surprise guests. This Bank Holiday Sunday from 7-11pm.

Neighbourhood Weekender
And speaking of fezzys, this one is huge – Neighbourhood Weekender is back at Victoria Park in Warrington this weekend and the line-up includes Britpop legends Pulp who’ll be headlining on Sunday alongside Self Esteem and Anne-Marie. Saturday’s got Scouse takeover with Jamie Webster and The Wombats joining Paul Heaton and The Kooks.

Elrow – Blackstone Street Warehouse
Elrow parties are guaranteed madness, and this Saturday the Elrow mayhem is coming to Blackstone Street Warehouse for an unforgettable day and night in the Kaos Garden. Darius Syrossian, Florentia, Gorgon City, LF System, Marc Maya and Olive F. From 2pm, last entry 4.30pm.

Fleetwood Mac performed by the Classic Double Band at Camp and Furnace
Love Fleetwood Mac but never got to see them live? Then here’s the next best thing because the Classic Double Band are back at Camp and Furnace on Friday night celebrating their greatest hits. Hear them all performed live plus there’ll be a DJ and street food.

Show Me Luv with Anton Powers at Ten Streets Social
NYE was a massive lock-out for this one and now it’s back this Sunday for another Show Me Luv festival at Ten Streets Social, 4pm to 4am. Anton’s headlining with Ian Longo, plus Holly Ellison live on stage, and out in the garden there’s DJs including Ant Armstrong and Amelia Preston b2b.

Paradisco at Zenn on Friday
When the weather’s this nice, you’ve got to get outside and soak it up and at Zenn on Victoria Street that means alfresco disco. The stunning rooftop is the place for a disco fabulous bank holiday on Friday with DJs and Paradisco residents including Les Calvert, Sie Austin, Ant Chandler, Jimmy Allen, Bobbi Brown and Andy Mc, from 4pm til close.

Another one that’s perfect when the sun’s out and on Sunday Club Live returns to The Club House in Liverpool ONE. It’s free entry, just turn up and enjoy live artists throughout the day plus DJs in the intervals and try out some of The Club House’s food menu – got to be the hanging kebabs, surely?

Ibiza Classics at The Dome in Grand Central Hall
The Dome’s just reopened which is big news for live music fans and clubbers because there’s an amazing list of events coming up. On Sunday it’s all about Ibiza with Ibiza Calling, a free party in aid of the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. DJs, dancers, and production that’ll take you to the White Isle.
