You’ll really make your mum feel special this Mother’s Day if you treat her to the perfect Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea or three-course Sunday Lunch at Stanley’s Bar & Grill at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool. Sunday Lunch costs £37.50 for adults and £18.50 for children under-12 and includes starters like whipped goat’s cheese and beer battered cod cheek and delicious mains like roast loin of pork and spinach and ricotta tortelloni. For £59 per head (£25 for 12 and under) The Mother’s Day Celebration includes a glass of Aienera Methode de Champenoise, Castorani N.V to toast mum on arrival (with Mrs Kirkham’s mature Lancashire cheese scones and shallot jam, charcuterie and olives), an amuse bouche and a fantastic three-course menu with starters including fillet of Peterhead halibut with compressed cucumbers, ‘monk’s beard’, capers and beurre blanc, and mains like hay-roast rump of Cumbrian Herdwick lamb with crushed Jersey Royal potatoes and spring greens.
