Stroll the cobbles of the historic Albert Dock or if you’re feeling energetic, why not check out Bike & Go, or jump a Merseyrail service to St Michaels and walk from Otterspool, taking in the spectacular early evening view, along the waterfront path to the Baltic Market, Stanhope Street and get warmed through with Halloumi fries and a cocktail?

6 – Two things we love, Cheese and Wine

Its important to keep warm on the cold winter nights, so what better way to turn the heat up than with warm, sticky cheese and a carefully selected glass of wine? Get down to Cheese and Co. on the corner of Castle Street and treat your date to a whole baked camembert and an accompanying glass of French red. You are guaranteed to leave happy. Cheese not your thing? Click here for Liverpool’s most unusual yet delicious dishes to share.

7 – Say cheers with winter drinks

Drinks festivals are always a great experience in Liverpool and this winter is no exception.
