How can you beat a night at the theatre during the winter time? The Liverpool Philharmonic is showing ‘Love Actually’ in Concert and the phenomenal ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’ on Christmas Eve too. The Liverpool Empire has the incredible ‘War Horse’ visiting now until early December and why not have a cheeky snog on the back row at FACT as ‘Film Stars Don’t Die in Liverpool’ goes on general release.
Alternative get glammed up and book your tickets for the St George’s Hall Black Tie Snow Ball on Saturday 16th December as the great hall undergoes a snowy make over for a night of brilliant winter entertainment.
Head down to the Liverpool Christmas Ice Festival, Pier Head. Situated at the Pier Head, this huge winter venue includes tonnes of market stalls, thrill rides, Ice Bar – where you simply have to get close to stay warm, and an Apres Ski bar with weekend DJ’s and great drinks offers.
