Named after the owner and respected businessman, Marwan Koukash, this business district bar and grill is the perfect place to enjoy all day dining. With a new look comes a brand new menu at Koukash. Celebrity chef husband and wife duo, Claire and Marc Lara offer another first for the city. Former Masterchef Winner Claire is a Liverpool girl through and through and loves nothing more than wholesome, hearty dishes. Head chef Marc, who is French adds the Mediterranean flavour to the menu to create a mouth-watering offering of dishes, with something for everyone. With these two in the kitchen, you’re guaranteed a meal to remember.
The new menu is sure to get your taste buds tingling. Featuring small plates, mains inspired by flavours from the continent and delectable desserts. Small plates are packed with flavour and great value at 3 for £18. Mains include the likes of seafood linguine, Moroccan lamb tagine and good old fish and chips done right.
As Autumn rolls around, what better reason to relax in the warm, inviting bar and grill and enjoy an afternoon tea at Koukash. They offer two option of afternoon tea; Option One is a more traditional afternoon tea with home baked scones, finger sandwiches and luxurious desserts. Option Two is the Koukash inspired afternoon tea with Mediterranean savoury favourites. Who doesn’t love Halloumi chips and Spiced Aubergine? Prices starting from £19.95 including a glass of Fizz.
Now a new look bar which oozes sophistication has to come hand in hand with a fabulous cocktail list. And Koukash does not disappoint. There’s classic Smoked Old Fashioned being served up alongside Solero’s and Lemon Drop Martini’s. Teapot Cocktails are great for sharing – why not order the Koukash Strawberry Jam and get it on Instagram! Mocktails and Gins & Twists are also proving popular.
