Come and experience the famous Barry's bootcamp ahead of summer launch

Ahead of the opening of the new boutique fitness studio early this summer, Barry’s UK are giving fitness fans across the city a taste of their famous classes with a pop-up Red Room at Moda, The Lexington with all proceeds from the classes being donated to charities supporting the Ukrainian crisis.

On Friday 27th May, the basement of The Lexington will be transformed into the Barry’s Red Room as its team brings Liverpool its famous workout giving fitness fans the chance to sweat it out with Barry’s trainers in a high intensity, floor based, interval training session.

Bringing the Barry’s vibe to Liverpool, the red lights will be on, the beats will be dropped and the Liverpool fitfam will be pushed to the limits by lead trainers who’ll be bringing all the energy of the famous Red Room.

After sweating it out, guests can recover at a pop up Barry’s Fuel Bar featuring nutritious, post-workout shakes by award-winning protein brand HERMOSA.

Barry’s is the original strength and cardio interval training workout which pioneered the boutique fitness sector in the UK and is set to open its ninth UK studio, Barry’s Liverpool, this summer within the new Flagship Flannels store.

Launching in early Summer, Barry’s Liverpool will be the brand’s 9th UK studio and first in the city. It will be located in the iconic Owen Owen building that FLANNELS have transformed into their new flagship and the brand’s largest store to date.

The new studio spans 7,000sq ft and is situated within the “World of Active” conceptual space on an entire floor dedicated to leisure and activewear. Set over seven floors, FLANNELS Liverpool will total 120,000sq ft.

The next Moda + Barry’s session will take place at Moda, The Lexington on Friday 27th May at 17.00, 18.00 and 19.00.

Sessions can be booked for £12pp and include access to the class and a post workout shake from HERMOSA with all proceeds from the classes being donated to support Ukrainian charities.
