Property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton open new office in Liverpool
3 weeks ago
National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced its first-ever dedicated office in Liverpool, further enhancing its existing regional footprint.
The new office, located at No 10 Princes Dock, Liverpool Waters, will accommodate the LSH Residential team – alongside other sector specialists – as the firm strengthens its presence in this growing market.
LSH, one of the UK’s largest property consultancies, operates 29 offices with over 1,000 employees. The firm provides a comprehensive range of services to property owners, investors, and occupiers, including sourcing, planning, funding, advising, managing, valuing, and selling properties. It works across both the public and private sectors, helping to shape the future of the property landscape throughout the UK and Ireland.
With a long-stranding presence in Manchester, this first dedicated base in Liverpool will enhance LSH’s presence in the north-west and will meet growing demand in the city, which is seen as an increasingly important market for LSH. After an extensive search for suitable premises, LSH chose Princes Dock at Liverpool Waters, a prime waterside location blending residential and commercial developments.
Princes Dock is home to a vibrant community featuring an array of businesses and leisure activities. The area offers a variety of amenities, including hotels, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and hosts a range of activities such as scuba diving, open water swimming, and canoeing. Adding to the excitement, the UK’s first public floating sauna is set to open in November 2024, further enhancing the appeal of the docks.
A key factor in LSH’s decision to locate at Princes Dock was that all the commercial space at No 8, No 10 and No 12 Princes Dock has been verified Net Zero for several years running, and by the end of 2024 they will become the first commercial office buildings in Liverpool to connect their heating and hot water supply to the new Mersey Heat network, a district heat network and energy centre, further enhancing the environmental credentials.
Liza Marco, Senior Asset Manager at Liverpool Waters, commented:
“We are thrilled to have Lambert Smith Hampton join the growing business community at Princes Dock. Our sustainability credentials, including our Net Zero status and the new Mersey Heat district heating network, were a key part of their decision to locate their new office at Princes Dock, along with the huge appeal of this amazing waterfront destination. We look forward to supporting their growth and success in Liverpool.”
Paul Noble, Managing Director for LSH Residential, added:
“Liverpool is a key market for us, and establishing a dedicated office here allows us to better serve our clients in the city and surrounding areas. Princes Dock offers the perfect environment for our growing LSH Residential team, with its vibrant community, great facilities and the very best low carbon energy infrastructure. We are excited to be an active part of this thriving neighbourhood.”
LSH joins a number of other leading businesses at Princes Dock, including KPMG, Henry Bath, and Rider Levett Bucknall. New tenants within the last year include global gaming company Dev House UK, digital signing firm E-Sign, IT solutions provider IT Answers, and TikTok talent agency 15Talent.
