The Beatles Legacy Group today celebrates its commitment to its mission by launching the Liverpool Music Heritage Trail, tracking 60 years of music history and shining a spotlight on the cultural value of music venues in the city throughout the years.
This week, we’re giving you an insight into a great initiative around hotspot policing with @merseysidepolice. It’s increasing foot patrols in key areas and putting on free sessions for young people to help prevent anti-social behaviour. 🏙️
In video two of our series, we speak to some of the young people involved to find out how they’re engaging with the programme.
Tomorrow, Superintendent Phil Mullally will tell us how these hotspots have been identified and we join officers on a patrol in one of these key areas.
