Almond Property announce strategic lettings partnership to expand into Formby

The Merseyside based estate agents have announced that they are expanding their current successful joint sales offering into a strategic lettings partnership, enabling both companies to expand into the Formby lettings market.

The partnership will involve Almond Property by Sue Taylor offering lettings advice and marketing services, based in Colette Gunter’s office in Elbow Lane, Formby.

The agents have had a long standing relationship together on the sales front, specialising in the high end of the Formby market and have now decided to formalize the relationship and expand into the lettings market.

The two businesses will retain their independent statuses and respective offices in Formby and Liverpool City Centre.

Colette Gunter Estate Agents, headed up by Claire Walsh and Jane Jones was originally established in 1988 with a long and excellent reputation of professional and personal service.

In August 2020 Claire & Jane were given the opportunity to take over the business, having both worked together at Colette Gunter’s for nearly 20 years with a wealth of professional experience and detailed knowledge of estate agency.

Almond Property by Sue Taylor is a bespoke sales and property letting agent with over 50 years of experience between them, offering a personal and high energy level of service to our clients across Merseyside.

The project will be headed up by Ian Taylor, Almond Property’s Operations Director.

The offering is going to be launched to clients in late April.
