Last night, we attended the Maquis Wine Dinner, tasting their beautiful wines and learning about the history of the winery and how they set themselves apart from the rest.
Paired with a delicious four course menu courtesy of @fazenda.group, we enjoyed succulent steak, refreshing salad and rich desserts.
Fazenda is based in Exchange Flags and offer a unique Brazilian steakhouse experience, offering a continuous table side meat carving service as well as all of your favourite starters and sides too.
The service, food, drinks and overall experience at Fazenda is absolutely fantastic, and we can’t recommend this place enough! 🍷

A die-hard Blues supporter, supported himself by thousands across the country and around the world.
He ran marathons until his knees gave out, he swam the channel until his shoulder packed in. And after that? Well, he had the trunks and he fancied a walk…

There’s a boss new spot on Castle Street for your next brunch or lunch – say hello to OURS 🌞
It’s got that Balearic feel, proper chilled with gorgeous decor, colourful smoothies, jugs of sangria and loads of tasty bits on the menu. The steak sandwich was a standout, cooked spot on.
It’s run by the same local team behind So Salsa in Crosby (and now Bold Street too). They’ve taken what used to be an old print shop and totally transformed it. We’re dead proud to see independents smashing it like this 👏

Day 2 of The Mowgli Dog Show has begun! 🐾
It`s not too late to head to Claremont Farm for a tail-wagging good time, the show is on until 6pm.
There`s something for everybody, great food, refreshing drinks, dog show entertainment and competitions, LJMU`s robot dog, craft stalls, live music and children`s activities and funfair attractions.
Back for its seventh year in at Claremont Farm, founder and Mowgli CEO, Nisha Katona’s has dubbed the annual dog show ‘Glastonbury for pet lovers’.
“Mowgli Street Food was born in the North West and it is within the communities that my heart lies. Your support by coming to the dog show, and dining with us at Mowgli Street Food, has meant we have raised over £300,000 for Claire House and the children and families who need them.”
Every penny of profit from the event goes directly to Claire House, helping to support seriously and terminally ill babies, children and young adults, and their families.
